Well, we already know that the Jack Russell is one of the best dog breeds in general, no matter what your sign. So let's try something different. Why is the Jack Russell an awesome dog for your sign -- and others, too? Let's find out. Capricorn Capricorn people are born between December 22 and January 19. Born in the depths of winter, Capricorn folks have a reputation for being persistent, tough, serious, independent, and loving a challenge. Sound like anypup you know?
